The classic architecture boasts breathtaking views, particularly from the dining room where breakfast and dinner overlook the beach. Despite the luxurious ambiance and attentive staff, service at the restaurant and bar fell short. We were misinformed about menu items, leading to a frustrating experience waiting long periods for our meal. Additionally, an unexpected charge at checkout added to our dissatisfaction, overshadowing the hotel's otherwise welcoming environment.

The view over the beach from our well laid out room was splendid. The location was stunning for walking around Playa de Miramar.

Great place with EFFICIENT staff. We appreciated our suite. We had an enjoyable time and would stay here again.

Stay here was excellent, I didn't feel like leaving. Particularly helpful staff and amazing location almost on the beach, everything was really good. Enjoyed the well-organised double room in a refurbished bedroom and the way it was setup. 

I had a fantastic time here. The beach view from my room was stunning. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive. Dining was a delight with a variety of delicious offerings. Overall, an exceptional experience! 🌊

my stay was wonderful, with a fantastic beach view from my room and the convenience of being just a short walk to local landmarks like the stunning Eglise Sainte-Eugenie de Biarritz and the beautiful Cote des Basques, perfectly blending exploration and relaxation in this charming coastal city.

The Hotel du Palais truly has a stunning atmosphere, reminiscent of history, though some aspects could use improvement. The check-in process was delayed significantly, and the room layout was problematic for our family. However, the spa and pool areas were lovely, making for a relaxing stay overall.

Prime location to Aquarium de Biarritz.

Had an amazing time at this historic gem! I loved lounging by the fabulous outdoor pool and enjoying the spa's relaxing treatments. Just a heads up, after a few nights the dining menu could use some variety, but overall, it’s a wonderful stay! ✨

Dinner at La Rotonde was a flavor explosion! The pan roasted beef tenderloin stole the show—perfectly cooked and seasoned. Plus, the welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The attention to detail from the staff was impressive, too,

You are in one of the best and most luxurious hotels in the world, one night is worth a lot, not to mention the food from the different restaurants and truth is that the attention you receive seems to be doing you the favor of attending to you. In addition, hotel of this category should have the best levels of food in the restaurants and among the 3, quite mediocre and 3 restaurants offer almost the same. little variety on the menu and very little elaboration. limited cooking hours. They should have the restaurants open all day. You can't relax at ease because you have to hurry to get to the different cooking times to eat at the time the hotel has and not at the time you want. The internal corridors of the hotel have the smell of dog urine. since they allow access to pets and people do not respect what dogs should do outside, So I am left with a very bad taste in my mouth from the hotel services.
